TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 April 2008 through 31 March 2009
- Maximum one (1) child under 12 years old sharing a regular Superior with parent is Free of charge on Rollaway Bed. But the Breakfast will be charged US$ 8.5/child
- Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
- Staying over night of 31 December 2008 is compulsory New Year Eve Dinner on 31 December 2008 at cost US$ 170 for adult and US$ 85 net for children
- Package rate below is a unit package rate and can not be broken down into a single/daily rate
- This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Smart Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel
The cancellation fee will be applied if the cancellation is made within:
- During LOW SEASON and HIGH SEASON:
- 10 days before arrival date will be charged one night room reserve or 50% of the package value for the package booking
- 5 days before arrival date will be charged a full room night reserved or 100% of the package value for the package booking
- During PEAK SEASON: 32 days before arrival date will be charged a full room night reserved or 100% of the package value for the package booking
